Inspired from the pages of The Name of the Wind™ and Wise Man's Fear™ by Patrick Rothfuss come The Eolian Talent Pipe™ Cufflinks. Each set of cufflinks are skillfully crafted in sterling silver, carefully hand finished and individually inspected for the highest quality by the Badali Jewelry artists. The Eolian Talent Pipe Cufflinks are officially licensed Kingkiller Chronicle jewelry through Patrick Rothfuss. Mr. Rothfuss actively participates in the design process for each piece of jewelry for this licensed line.
These small silver pipes are awarded to talented musicians by the owners of the Eolian™ if their performance on stage is impressive enough. The Talent Pipes are a mark of distinction and recognition for a performer. Once earned, the musician gains free admittance to the Eolian and the right to play on their stage whenever desired. Playing on the Eolian stage could earn a musician some extra coin, a drink or two from the crowd or a wealthy patron. Kvothe TM earns his talent pipes playing "The Lay of Sir Savien Traliard" TM on his lute in The Name of the Wind TM.
The Talent Pipes Cufflinks measure approximately 16 mm (just over 5/8") at the longest point by 17.3 mm (11/16") wide. The cufflinks weigh approximately 8.6 grams (approximately 4.3 grams each).
The Talent Pipe Cufflinks are available in plain silver or with black antiquing.
