The sweepstakes: From 09/01/10
through 09/30/10, with every retail order made from Badali Jewelry
Specialties, Inc. (www.badalijewelry.com) your name will
automatically be entered into a drawing for the opportunity to win a
grand prize as detailed above.
How to enter: Make a retail
order with Badali Jewelry; either online at
www.badalijewelry.com, by
phone, by email or by mail order. Order must be received by
09/30/10 to be eligible. For each order made, your name will
be automatically be entered into the random drawing for the grand prize.
To enter without purchase, mail in a 4" x 6" ruled index card with
your name, address and email address to SEPTEMBER CONTEST, c/o
Badali Jewelry Specialties, Inc., 320 W. 1550 N. Suite E, Layton, UT
84041. All sweepstakes entries become the property of Badali
Jewelry Specialties, Inc. and will not be returned and may be used
by Badali Jewelry Specialties, Inc. for any purpose and in any media
in perpetuity. All entries must be received by 9/30/10.
Eligibility: Any person making a
retail purchase between the dates of 09/01/10 and 09/30/10.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees,
consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within
the past six months, performed services for Badali Jewelry
Specialties, Inc. or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling,
administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the
prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and
successor companies, and immediate family and household members of
such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate
family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children,
stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household
members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least
three months in one calendar year.
How to win: The Grand Prize
winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from all
qualified entries. In the event that the original Grand Prize winner
does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she
forfeits the Grand Prize, Badali Jewelry will award prize to first
alternate. Process will continue until Grand Prize is awarded.
All orders must be received on or before
09/30/10. The drawing will be held between 10/01/10 and 10/08/10. Decision
of the judges and Badali Jewelry is final. The grand Prize winner
will be notified by email and/or phone and must meet all eligibility
requirements.
By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound
by the rules. Badali Jewelry Specialties, Inc., its promotional
agents and sweepstakes co-sponsors are not responsible for
illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected mail, errors in faxes or
shipments, busy phone signals, or incomplete entries.
Grand Prize: (One) Grand
Prize winner will each receive a Limited edition titanium
One Ring of Power (pictured above). There are no other prizes.
The Grand Prize is non-transferable. There may be
no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. However, Badali
Jewelry Specialties, Inc. reserves the right to substitute similar
prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is
unavailable for any reason. Individual,
parent or legal guardian of
winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and
local taxes with respect to entire prize.
Unforeseen Events: Badali Jewelry Specialties, Inc.
reserves the right to change this sweepstakes at its sole discretion
at any time that Badali Jewelry Specialties, Inc. becomes aware of
any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the
sweepstakes security or fairness. Badali Jewelry reserves the right
to announce any sweepstakes rules changes online. (Badali Jewelry
Specialties, Inc. is not responsible for the inability of the winner
to accept the prize for any reason.
