DROP SHIPPING IS OFFERED AS AN OPTION WITH EACH ITEM DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS
To order Drop Shipping, simply click the desired shipping method, each method is further described below. Fill out the customer fields with the name and address you want the package drop shipped to.
Bill My FedEx / UPS Account - Your drop shipment will be sent using your existing FedEx or UPS account. You must have a FedEx or UPS account number on file with Badali Jewelry to use this method. We will default to your preferred shipping service indicated on your wholesale application for all your orders. If you would like to select a different service, just put the information in the Special Instructions area when ordering an item.
Ship With Other Item(s) For Customer - Select this option for subsequent items when ordering multiple items for your customer. Enter your customer's name in the Customer Name field for additional clarification. There is no need to fill out the address information more than once.
Priority USPS - Delivery time averages 3 to 10 business days depending on location. Insured and provides limited tracking (Usually the date sent and date delivered vs. FedEx step by step tracking during delivery). Note: The refund process takes a lot longer with the USPS than FedEx, so replacements and refunds for lost packages will be slower.
Ground FedEx - Delivery time averages 3 to 7 business days - does not include Saturday or Sunday. Insured and provides tracking.
2nd Day FedEx - Delivery time is 2 business days - does not include Saturday or Sunday. Insured and provides tracking.
Overnight FedEx - Delivery time is 1 business day - does not include Saturday or Sunday. Insured and provides tracking.
International 1st Class - Available for Most Countries. Shipped through 1st Class International US Post – Delivery time averages 7 - 21 business days, but
can take up to six weeks or longer. This option is insured, but does not offer tracking. This option is not available for delivery to the Cook Islands or Democratic Korea.
International Priority - Available for Most Countries. Shipped through Priority International US Post – Delivery time averages 6 - 10 business days, but can take up to four weeks or longer. This option is insured, but does not offer tracking once the package leaves the USA. This option is not available for delivery to the Cook Islands or Democratic Korea.
International Express - Available for Most Countries. Shipped through Express International US Post - Delivery time averages 3 - 5 business days, but can take up to 9 business days. This shipping method is insured and offers limited tracking. This option is not available for delivery to the Cook Islands, Greenland, Democratic Korea or the British Virgin Islands.
Int. FedEx Zone 1 - Available for Canada. Delivery time averages 3 - 7 business days. Insured with tracking.
Int. FedEx Zone 2 - Available for Aruba, Belgium, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, England (UK), France, Germany, Hon Kong, Ireland (UK), Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Scotland (UK), Taiwan, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands. Delivery time averages 3 - 7 business days. Insured with tracking.
Int. FedEx Zone 3 - Available for Australia, China, Cyprus, South Korea, New Zealand. Delivery time averages 3 - 7 business days. Insured with tracking.
Int. FedEx Zone 4 - Available for Austria, Cook Islands, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Iceland, Lichtenstein, New Caledonia, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. Delivery time averages 3 - 7 business days. Insured with tracking.
Int. FedEx Zone 5 - Available for Cameroon, Croatia, Czech Republic, Mongolia, Morocco, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia. Delivery time averages 3 - 7 business days. Insured with tracking.

Some international addresses are outside FedEx's delivery areas which will be subject to an additional $26.00 delivery charge. We will contact you if your customer's address is subject to this charge.

Note: Your customer will be responsible for all customs and/or duty fees and taxes at the time of delivery. Please make sure they are aware of this.

We cannot ship to all countries, if you don’t see a country listed above, we most likely cannot ship there. Feel free to contact us regarding a specific country.

Drop shipments will be fully insured for the wholesale value of the item. If you would like, we can include your card or a flyer for your company with the package. You will need to provide us with any literature you would like included with your drop shipped packages.

If you want to drop ship multiple items to the same address, you only need to select a shipping method on the first item. For all additional items, you will need to fill out the customer information fields, but leave the shipping methods blank. You can also put a note in the "Special Instructions" field.

PO Box addresses will be delivered by the closest matching delivery method through the US Post.

Ground shipping is not available to addresses in Alaska or Hawaii. If you select ground shipping for an address in Alaska or Hawaii, the package will be mailed by priority US Post instead of Federal Express.

Delivery time does not include production time. Production time averages 3 to 7 days from the casting date of any item,

NOTE: You, the reseller are responsible for all communication about delivery with your customer. We will provide you with the tracking number(s) for the package(s).

When checking out, if all of the items you ordered are being drop shipped, select "All Item's Drop Shipped" in the Ship Via drop down menu. If you have items you want shipped directly to your location as well as drop shipped items, select the shipping method you would those items shipped to you by.
