As a life long fan of JRR Tolkien, Paul J. Badali has envisioned the design for the three Elven Rings of Power™.  That vision has been made manifest in precious metal.  Inspired by The Lord of the Rings™ trilogy, Paul Badali created Nenya ®, the Elven Ring of Power owned by Galadriel™.  Each ring is carefully handcrafted one at a time by the Badali Jewelry artists and individually inspected for the highest quality.  Nenya is an officially licensed Lord of the Rings replica with Middle-earth Enterprises.

Nenya is described as being made of Mithril™, a silver colored metal.  Each ring is skillfully crafted in solid platinum.  Platinum jewelry is non-returnable/non-refundable.  Nenya was designed using the beautiful leaves of the trees of Lothlorien™.  Tolkien loved the European Beech and described the leaves of Lothlorien looking the same as the beech tree.  Nenya is also called the Ring of Adamant™, Adamant is the old English word for diamond.  For that reason, Nenya is set with a 1ct. Signity Star cubic zirconia, the highest brilliance CZ on the market.

Nenya is available in in US sizes 4 to 15, in whole and half sizes.  Sizes 11 1/2 (11.5) and larger are an additional $60.00 US.  The ring measures approximately 8 mm (5/16") from top to bottom and the back of the band measures approximately 7.9 grams in platinum, weight will vary with size.

Nenya Options:

When Frodo™ saw Galadriel's ring Nenya in the forest of Lorien™, the stone glittered and shone like it held a star from the heavens.  Your Nenya can be set with your own piece of the heavens, a Moissanite, the star born stone.  Discovered a century ago, Moissanite was a new mineral found in an ancient meteorite by Nobel Prize winner Henri MoissanIt is a now a lab grown stone that has more shimmering brilliance, fire and luster than diamonds and has an incredible hardness1/2 ct. (5mm) round Moissanite is available for an additional $499.00, 3/4 ct. (6mm) round Moissanite
for $669.00, and 1 ct. (6.5mm) round Moissanite for $879.00.

For those who prefer a colored stone, faceted 1ct. (6.5mm) round Emerald (green cubic zirconia), Amethyst (purple cubic zirconia), lab grown Ruby or lab grown Sapphire are available for an additional $10.00.

If you prefer a flat set stone, 6 x 4 mm cabochon gemstones are available:
Genuine Moonstone for an additional $10.00, Genuine Opal for an additional $29.00, Synthetic Opal for an additional $10.00, or Genuine Star Diopside for an additional $10.00.  Due to the nature of natural gemstones, variations will occur from the examples shown.  The placement of the cat's eye in the moonstone and star diopside may not be perfectly vertical.

The leaves on Nenya can be enhanced with a black jeweler's antiquing treatment, available for an additional $5.00.

A matching tracer band has been designed to fit on either side of Nenya for a ladies engagement and wedding set.  We have also designed a matching Men's version of Nenya.

My wife (then girlfriend) once showed me a beautiful Irish Claddagh ring she fell in love with. It was a not-so-subtle hint. 10 years ago, I went ahead and picked out this ring instead to propose to my wife. Pairing it with a 1ct Moissanite, it is one of the most astonishing rings most people have ever seen. Between the detail of the ring itself and the FIRE in the Moissanite, everyone who looks at my wife's ring is in absolute awe. One of the most common comments are along the lines of: I've never seen anything like that. This is usually followed by them looking at me and going, "Good job! Where did you find this?" My wife even went back to look at the Claddagh ring years later, looked at hers, and laughed, "I can't believe I wanted that one."

BTW, the service at Badali is also second to none. I needed this ring by a certain date for a planned trip where the proposal was going to happen. The ring arrived with a day or so to spare.
