Wear the Stories That Shaped Fantasy
Every story has the object you remember. A ring, a sigil, a pipe.
We cast them in solid metal, by hand, using the centuries-old lost-wax method in our Utah workshop.
II · The Making
Carved in Wax. Poured in Fire. Finished by Hand.
Every Badali piece begins as a model in wax.
We encase it in plaster, burn the wax away, and pour molten gold, silver or bronze into the space it leaves behind.
It is slower than stamping, and it is why the script on a One Ring™ and the scales on a Great Serpent Ring come out crisp, solid and made to last.
Casting, setting and polishing all happen in-house at our Utah workshop, the way Paul Badali started it. Nothing is mass-produced.
Carve
Each design starts as a wax model, shaped and refined in our workshop.
Invest
The wax model is set in a flask and encased in plaster.
Pour
The wax burns away in the kiln, and molten metal takes its place.
Finish
Filed, set and polished by hand at the same bench in Utah.
