- In an effort to battle fraud, we always need to request extra verification for any orders that Shopify tags as having a medium or high risk or orders that contain expensive items, such as gold and platinum. We want to make sure that not only are we keeping ourselves safe, but also you, our customers. This is the online version of asking to see your ID when you make a credit card purchase in a store. If your order meets any of these conditions, you will receive an email from email@example.com asking for verification. You will be asked to provide a picture of yourself holding any of your IDs that have your picture. The only information we need to be able to see on the ID itself is your name and picture, so please feel free to black out any other information and please make sure your face is in the picture as well. Any ID that has your name and picture will suffice. The picture will not be stored and will be deleted immediately after verification.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and will be happy to get started on your order as soon as everything is verified! As listed on our site, we are a made to order company, so it will take 5 to 10 business days for your order to be made and ready to be shipped once verification is complete.
- We understand that this requires extra trust on your part and not everyone will be comfortable doing this, so if you'd prefer not to, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
- If you should order an incorrect ring size, we do offer resizing. There is a $20.00 fee for sterling silver and a $50.00 fee for gold. The fee includes return shipping charges for US addresses. Additional shipping charges will apply for address outside of the US (contact us for more details). Please return the ring with your sales receipt, a note with the correct ring size, your return shipping address, and the resizing payment - payable to Badali Jewelry. If you would prefer an invoice you can pay online, send us an email with your request. Please ship the package with insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen in delivery.
- Orders must be canceled by 6pm Mountain Standard Time the day the order is placed. Orders made after 6pm Mountain Standard Time must be canceled by 6pm MST the following day. Orders canceled after that time will be issued a 10% cancellation fee.
- Custom Order Items, Platinum Jewelry, Rose Gold Jewelry, Palladium White Gold Jewelry, and One of A Kind Items CANNOT BE RETURNED, REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.
- Returns must be received no later than 30 days past the date you received your order (delivery date). Returns will not be accepted after this period has lapsed. For our international customers the return package must be post marked before the 30 days have lapsed. We understand it may take more time due to return shipping.
- Shipping is not refundable for returned orders.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount.
- If item is received with minor damage due to excessive wear or damaged during shipping due to improper packaging, an additional $20.00 fee may be deducted from refund. Severely damaged items will not be refunded.
- We will issue a refund after the item is received in the same condition as at the time of shipping.
Refunds will be issued by the same method as payment was received.
- International Orders: Packages refused at the time of delivery or not picked up from customs will not be refunded. In order to stay compliant with export rules and regulations we will not mark your package as a "gift" to save on fees that may be assessed by your country. US SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders placed with a US credit card can only ship within the US, US territories and military APO addresses.
- Any order valued at $200.00 or more will only be shipped to the verified billing address of the credit card holder or confirmed PayPal address used to place the order.
- All orders with PayPal payments will only be sent to the shipping address that is shown on the PayPal payment. Please ensure that your desired shipping address is selected when submitting your PayPal Payment and that it matches the "Ship To" address used during check out.

- FedEx/UPS 2 Day - Delivers in 2 business days, does not include Saturday or Sunday. Fully insured with detailed tracking through FedEx.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that due to COVID-19 and new tax regulations in many countries, any international orders placed using the "First Class Package International" shipping method may experience significant delays, sometimes up to or over a month's time. Once the package has left our office, we are unable to do anything other than access the same tracking information you will be provided with. USPS does not offer any assistance or information for "First Class Package International" shipments. In cases where there is a delay, you will often see the tracking show that it has left the United States and then not see any updates for weeks until your package arrives in the destination country. We are unable to receive or provide any updated tracking information during that time.

- With the exception of order valued￡135 (approximately $184.04 USD) or less shipping to the UK, international shipping rates do not include customs taxes and/or import duty fees. These are due at the time of delivery and are your responsibility to pay.
- In accordance with post Brexit tax law, UK orders valued￡135 (approximately $184.04 USD) or less will have VAT collected at the time of purchase. We will not collect VAT for orders valued higher than ￡135 at the time of purchase. VAT will be due at the time of delivery along with any other customs duty.
- Packages refused at the time of delivery will not be refunded.
