Nightblood is the powerful sentient sword from the Warbreaker novel. The sword is described as completely black with a long, thin blade and having a hooked cross guard.

Details: The Nightblood pendant is solid sterling silver and blackened with a ruthenium plating*. The sword measures 74.6 mm long including the bail, 10.6 mm wide at the cross guard, and 2.4 mm at the thickest point. The pendant weighs approximately 2.7 grams and the back of the pendant is textured and stamped with our makers mark, copyright, and metal content - Sterling.

Chain Options: 24" long stainless steel curb chain, 24" black leather cord (additional $5.00), or 20" 1.2 mm sterling silver box chain (additional $25.00). Additional chains are available on our accessories page.

Packaging: This item's standard packaging is a Badali Jewelry necklace box and a card of authenticity. Standard packaging is subject to availability and will be substituted with a suitable alternative if unavailable

Production: We are a made-to-order company. Your order will ship in 5 to 10 business days if the item is not in stock.

*Note about Ruthenium plating: Due to equipment limitations at our shop, the plating is quite thin. If the jewelry is worn daily, the plating will probably start to wear off within a week's time, especially with rings. We do offer a free one-time replating, and then offer replating services for $15 after the first time, which covers labor and the price of the return shipping to you. DESTROY EVIL with this carry-everywhere Nightblood

The ruthenium plating makes for a great shiny anthrazit finish for the silver. With the lenght it bends a bit if you try to open a letter with it, but that is easily fixed.
