"No living man am I, You look upon a woman."
Inspired by the inner strength and courage of Eowyn in The Lord of the Rings trilogy by J.R.R. Tolkien, the Badali Jewelry artists have created the Shieldmaiden Medallion. A pendant of the shield carried by Eowyn into the Battle of the Pelennor Fields. The shield features two horses of Rohan linked by a interwoven knot. The back of the shield is engraved with Eowyn's words to the Witch-King, "No living man am I, you look upon a woman."
Details: The shieldmaiden necklace is cast in yellow bronze, finished with an antiquing treatment, measures 38.3 mm in diameter and 3 mm at the thickest point of the shield. The Eowyn pendant weighs 23.9 grams. The back of the pendant is stamped with our copyright and makers mark.
Chain: 24" long stainless steel rope chain, 24" long Mithril (titanium) rope chain (additional $15.00), or 20" long sterling silver 1.2 mm box chain (additional $25.00). Additional chains are available on our accessories page.

I don't wear a ton of jewelry but I've felt called to this piece every day since I received it. It has a really comforting weight and I love the design and patina. Really stellar work! I feel like a warrior braving my anxiety each day. ❤️
This is a gorgeous piece of jewelry—far more lovely than even the pictures indicate. A perfect piece for any Tolkien fan!
I love it so much. Eowyn is a role model and to have something that reminds me always of her strength and growth during the books is something I will cherish.
The experience and merchandise were wonderful, as always.
Looks lovely and my mother was so happy opening it on Christmas morning!
