Production time and Process: We are a made-to-order company, nearly every item is hand made by our small team of jewelers in Utah. Your order will ship in 5 to 10 business days if the item is not in stock. For more information, please see our FAQ page.
*Note about Ruthenium plating: Due to equipment limitations at our shop, the plating is quite thin. If the jewelry is worn daily, the plating will probably start to wear off within a week's time, especially with rings. We do offer a free one-time re-plating, and then offer re-plating services for $15 after the first time, which covers labor and the price of the return shipping to you. Other finishing options are available upon request. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
