Terrible quality

I LOVE Warbreaker and all of the Sanderson library, so I was ecstatic that my husband bought this for me. However, the gold didn't look like the picture. Then, the gold that was there faded to a dingy silver after only wearing it twice. Then, I barely pulled it while looking at it and it broke. It would have been my favorite necklace if it looked like advertised and held up

Badali Jewelry Enameled Nalthis Pendant - Brass Review

Badali Jewelry

Hi Kate, The pendant is solid brass, so the only way it should have lost the yellow color is if it tarnished quickly due to a reaction with your skin. As for the chain, it definitely should not have broken that easily, as we rarely have problems with that chain. I'd be happy to send you a polishing cloth to shine the pendant back up and I'd be happy to send a replacement chain as well. If the reaction with your skin is too much for you and you don't want to have to do a quick polish when you wear it, we can also do a return. As a small family business of five employees, we take pride in making high quality hand made pieces and want to ensure that our customers love them as much as we do. Please reach out to me so that I can help find a solution that works for you. Best Wishes, Minka
